ARIN's ARIN-Issued list says only Add or Remove. An Add is often not a new allocation: it can be a transfer, a transfer to another registry, or a reissue of something returned. This page checks every line against ARIN's transfer log, its daily statistics and RDAP, and shows what most likely happened, how sure that is, and the records it rests on.

It also lists what ARIN-Issued leaves out: 2,185 removals and transfers to other registries since 2026-01-01 appear only in ARIN's daily statistics. How it works.
